People have to take a class now. Which is an extra hoop to jump thru. This is a huge change and very bad.

People with existing permits means they wont all be expiring in jan 1st. I agree theres an extra hoop, and that its bad. But I dont think its a huge change. In my opinion pistols is an order of magnitude more difficult, now thats a huge change.

Today is online hunters ed. Tomorrow is shooting requirement and 6hr class.

And how long b4 long gun permit is only valid per serial #?

Or someone needs a rifle asap (a victim) and now has to do hunters ed first.

I hope it's just coincidence.  It is soon the season where money (which is getting harder and harder to come by) is needed for gifts, etc.
