did an hpd worker tell you that? because an sec worker told me it should be fine to apply up until the 29th.

I just assumed that

J Hara Store is also advising old rules in effect till end of the month as long as you start the process before 2024

With the rush of pta that happened recently, anyone else feel confident the registration process online gonna be slow dragged into the new year?

Can we even apply for a pistol permit in Jan?  I thought we will be forced to go through the training/classes again.  Of course, is there any certified instructors given the new criteria?

Oh I see.

Can anyone confirm if they’re still giving out permits for non CCW holders because of the 2 week waiting period?

Someone going in for LTC  on Beretania tells me that LEO came out and told all that " no matter when you apply, if your 14 days are in 2024, you have get a new safety class.

Yup friend in line for pta just told me same thing. If applying for permit to acquire today, if they want to pick it up next year they need to bring certificate of new training requirements for pickup after 1/1/24.
