J Hara Store is also advising old rules in effect till end of the month as long as you start the process before 2024

With the rush of pta that happened recently, anyone else feel confident the registration process online gonna be slow dragged into the new year?

Can we even apply for a pistol permit in Jan?  I thought we will be forced to go through the training/classes again.  Of course, is there any certified instructors given the new criteria?

I'm here again on Friday morning Dec 22nd. Got here at 430am and was 3rd in line. By 7am the line is 20+

Arrived at 0500 but about 12 people ahead of me. Hopefully they will open more windows today.

Yup friend in line for pta just told me same thing. If applying for permit to acquire today, if they want to pick it up next year they need to bring certificate of new training requirements for pickup after 1/1/24.
