I don't remember asking for another Glock.
The best companies always know what you want/need before you ask.
Side bar: in my experience trying to design computer systems for warfighters. they couldn't think outside the box very well (pilots mostly).
If I asked, "Assume you can have anything you want in this system to help you do your jobs, what would you want that might not be available in other systems now?"
The most common response was, "Make it do this thing ... the way system X does it."

People often don't want what they know they can't get -- yet. They only want what they see in the stores, online, at the range, friend's home, etc.
So, if Glock waited for you to ask, they would probably still be waiting. Instead, you now can rush out and buy that new Glock you never knew you couldn't live without!
