Range Report 12/16 (Read 4400 times)

Range Report 12/16

Got here at 5:15am and all benches were taken by 5:30am.

It's 6:20am now and people are arriving to get on waiting list. I assume it will be a busy day today.

It is cool and very windy today so if you come expect your groups to open up some.

I have a bag full of different gun magazines free for the taking. Guns and ammo, rifle shooter, handguns, etc.

I'm at bench 92. Come by and pick them up. I'll be here till 11:30am.

Woke up late. Open benches at 10. Rabid firing. Lil rain. Great day and I didnt use my AK.

Hey guys. Just was wondering how the rifle range is like on the weekdays. How early do people show up for a firing point? Busy or no wait?

I usually go Thursdays or sometimes Friday. If you are there by 10 you are pretty much guaranteed a bench. Sometimes there's open benches til 1130.

Sounds good. I've only shot pistol on the weekdays and there is almost always points open there. I figure I need to check zero on all my rifles in the near future before they get banned on the range or who knows they might just close it down cause now the press is saying that if you go out and target practice you are probably training for the next mass shooting.
