Pentatonix continues to release Christmas music.  Their Christmas albums have become some of their most popular releases.

Remember, this is an a cappella group of just 5 singers.  This is one of their few songs that seems more 'produced' and mixed than most songs they've done.  i'm sure every sound used was their voices, but there was obvious some enhancing and track overlays.

i appreciate their pure a cappella sound, and they've been around for awhile now.  This is a very catchy tune nonetheless.

i can't stand AM or FM anymore.  Just way too many interruptions.

But, they do have to pay the bills, so i don't blame them.

Once you get used to streaming  music on demand and massive personal digital libraries, it's hard to go back to radio.

Some stations also appear to only have half a dozen advertisers -- mainly for testosterone treatment and boner pills.

In my opinion, the most beautiful and majestic rendition of the song.  Always gives me chicken skin when Willie sings it.

You can tell his heart and soul was in the song.

1 UH football game, he sang the National Anthem, then walked off the field. Someone then spoke to him and he walked back on the field and said "sorry, no one told me I had to sing Hawaii Pono'i too".  And he nailed it. Never even had to look at the words on the jumpotron.

But I do like KSSK cause they not only play stuff from Pentonix and other artist, but local stuff too.  Which no Spotify station would do.  Like WIllie K, Filipino Xmas (Frank DeLima), Porky Pigs Blue Xmas, Alvin and the Chipmonks, etc...What KSSK is missing though is Xmas Techno like how Abercrombie plays during Xmas.

For most of their recordings, i find it's better to use a good pair of headphones.  The blend of their voices is unmatched, but each singer individually is worth appreciating as weil -- which can be difficult to pick up without headphones.

He probably had no use for streaming music until his iPod mini died this year....

 

it took me half the video to place where i'd heard Christmas Time is Here.

Then I remembered (second video).

Pure Imagination was much easier to place.

I just printed out the affidavit, filled it manually, then scanned and signed it. PDF editors make it easier, but I've done it with a pen and phone scan before too.
