Right after I took that picture, my neighbor came back from Vegas and brought over more snacks from Las Vegas Jerkys.
Woohoo! My doctor going scold me, guaranteed. 🤣

Yes, it's really hard to abstain from these ono snacks once they enter my house.  I tell my family to help me out by not leaving their excess snacks, candies, and soda drinks at my house after a gathering or party.

I'm pretty good at avoiding things that I shouldn't eat because of my health condition, but it gets harder when the items are laying around my house and I look at it and pass by it daily.

I can refrain (usually ) when going grocery shopping.  They're expensive anyway.  So I don't buy them.  I'm filipino but the small amt. of pake I have in me overwhelms me now and then.

Starting today I plan to make plain tofu chicken stir-fry with carrots.  Eat with white rice.

Tomorrow one meal.  Maybe plain tuna sandwich with no lettuce.  Clear chicken broth and maybe yogurt if I get hungry after 1 pm.

Colonoscopy Saturday. :(

Vaseline is your friend.  After you start drinking, put a layer on your b hole and after each sitting session.  Get the drink a cold as possible, almost freezing, makes it easier to drink.

A straw also helps as long as it's not made of a material that will interact with the magnesium
