I've stopped trying to figure out what the state considers a particular offense.

Our laws are poorly written, and the definitions are often more subjective than not.

The state often charges crimes above what they should be just to give them room to deal it down to a lesser charge.

Our justice system is a mess.  Law Abiding Citizen is a documentary ....
