I wonder if she could claim free speech. Like if someone was KKK and got fired because of being part of it outside of work.  As in never talks WS stuff while at work.  Cause hate speech is protected by the 1A, and becasue she's a government worker, it would be considered the government censoring her. If she was private sector, private coprs can censor as they please.

You can have and communicate racially dicriminatory views, but as soon as you act on them (e.g. excluding Whites from an event based 100% on ethnicity), you crossed that line between speech and actions.

No.  What you say in public is protected speech from the perspective of government agencies taking punitive action against you for it.  This is one reason "hate speech' is such a stupid concept.  There are only so many categories of hate speech that even qualify as that.

For a while I was employed by the University of California system.
I know for a fact that Asians were considered to be "white" for admissions
purposes.
I worked with Asians that were Blacker than any USA self proclaimed "African American".
Strangely continents of Asia and "Europe" are divided by the Ural mountains, by some English
academic BS.

My race is classified as Caucasian although I have no relatives in

piss on themselves and just abut everything else.
That smell is unmistakable.
Human sense of taste comes mostly from smell, not your tongue.
If exposed to a strong enough stench, you literally 'taste it".
Kind of like dealing with dead decomposed mammals the smell makes
some people sick because they continue to "taste" it for a long time afterwards.

Harassing POC at work, only promoting Whites or participating in cross burnings on private property is not protected.

There may not be laws against specific forms of harassment, but if that action causes harm to others (burning cross sets the house on fire), then the act is not protected -- even if the outcome was unintentional.

But I typically don't eat goat, I trade it to Filipinos
