Some of those militia men need to not only exercise their 2nd amendment rights.  They need to exercise.  Period.

Hawaii cops would go ape shiite nuts if something like that happened in Honolulu.
All the ;politicians would go nuts passing bans.
World has come to an end,
some fat guy is carrying an AR platform around in public!
The horror!
I don't protest in public,
but I would have had an AK
just to irritate Ren.

I would carry a long pointed bamboo stick from my yard.
Then see how long it takes for green to ban long pointy sticks.

BTW kekoa means warrior in Hawaiian

I got plenty bamboo sticks growing in my yard if anybody wants some.

When I was small kid, it was standard procedure to have pointy sticks and homemade bow and arrow.
Also, sling shots from guava branch and surgical rubber with old shoe leather that shoot rocks and marbles.
I got a great video of my friend shooting a slingshot at the rifle range.
I'll go find it.

The way things are going I hope we don't have to rely on these "self-defense weapons".

Roger that.  I do come across as cruel.  Full disclosure.  I was overweight and carried a spare tire for many years.  I couldn't even run 10 yards without huffing and puffing.  I decided one day to go back to how I was when I served in the military 40 something years ago.

I honestly want the best for these men.  They believe in the 2nd amendment and am willing to stand for it in the face of increasing adversity.

I just don't want the unthinkable to happen to them.  Although my comments were mean and insulting, I wanted to convey a message to others in the 2a community (myself included) that training is not only marksmanship, knowledge, target engagement and acquisition of the coolest gear, but also training of the mind, spirit, and equally important, the physical body.

With that being said, who knows, maybe those men can hold their own against the best in a street fight.  I've seen it before.  Looks can be deceiving.
