Wasted Tax Dollars

Is the amount of money the state spends on losing cases to HIFICO and attorneys like Alan Beck available to the public? Seems like the anti 2A law makers don’t care about repercussions of submitting laws that they know will get shot down when contested in court. Perhaps they’d be less inclined to submit those laws if they knew that the people they represent were aware how much money they’re throwing into the drain every time they try to infringe on 2A rights. I’m sure they spent a pretty penny getting those mainland attorneys to try back the CCW case that they lost.

Do you honestly believe anybody from cops to judges gives a schiff about what they do
costing money?
None are held accountable in Hawaii.

Unfortunatly, lawmakers dont care. Their voters are dumb and keep voting the same. Which is why HI will never change and keep going down hill.

Hawaii is so deep rooted in the status quo that the state just goes round in circles.  The same party continues to foster and groom the younger generation to be in lockstep with their predecessors.

People are leaving Hawaii for opportunities elsewhere.  Meanwhile the existing party rapes and pilfers the people and the aina for all it's worth, knowing one day it will be worth nothing.

Meanwhile I keep trying to support those who are trying to change how things are here in the banana republik.  People like me keep getting shot down and trampled, along with the ones we support.

But we keep trying.  We have grumbling rights.  Not like some of you out there.

No try.  No grumble.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

there's a bill in the state legislature that would show the payments to our attorneys at the end of the session.  County councils do the same.

They don't breakdown the cost if government attorneys are used.  There might be a line item in the AGs budget report if they use outside attorneys or you can do a information request to them.  Sometimes they get free attorney assistance from the gun control groups.
