This is 1 reason why bills shouldn't be multi purpose.

80% of the money in the bill is for non-border spending -- mostly foreign spending.

The rest is designated for NGOs and other groups that assist illegals flooding across the border.

To say this is a "border bill" and that it is multi-purpose is inaccurate.  The entire premise that it has anything to do with the US border is a lie.  If anything, it helps other nations strengthen their borders -- which is the only tie to calling it a border bill I can see.

I've been reading too many times about congress trying to cram legislation through but the lawmakers haven't even seen or read the text yet.

And yeah, why da f*ck do they have to vote on the entire pkg.?  Why even have a pkg.?  Is it that difficult to address each issue one at a time?  Talk about smoke and mirrors.

Opponents to the legislation are now saying the wording in the legislation addresses more towards immigration improvements (faster and less red tape on immigration process) instead of border security.

No wonder those asshats wanted to cram that crap through.

We really do need to overhaul this f*ckn government.
