Just checked out CTD and they now report Pmags out of stock with no price.

I don't mind everyone making a little money, but damn quadrupling the price..WTF!

:wtf: That's jacked up. Of course it's inevitable prices are going to go up but that's absurd.

Yup they probably pulled the mags due to a looming boycott from pissed off  gun enthusiasts everywhere. Check out the Facebook page mentioned in the video.

They did that in 2008. The prices went up literally went up as the election results came in. Prices on guns, mags and ammo went up 2x even up to like 5-6 times over night.

You would prefer a communist state to that which embraces free enterprise?

I always thought that "CHEAPER THAN DIRT" was too expensive anyway........

They should maybe change their name to "MORE EXSPENSIVE THEN DIRT"

Not defending CTD at all. I have not bought anything from them since the early 90's as they kinda screwed me back then.

But, how do we know that it is CTD that is gouging prices and not the distributors that they are buying from? Or the manufacturer who has not been able to keep up with demand for months now? Or maybe it is 2 or all 3? If CTD is buying from their price gouging distributor for $30 ea and normal markup is 100%. Then $60 is not out of the question. Just saying......

because that's stuff they had in stock, listed in stock, and magically raised the prices by 400%.  not even KGS is pulling that BS.

I would understand that if they were still selling them. But are they now claiming out of stock? Or are they selling them again? Last time I checked they said out of stock.

OGC just posted realistic PMAG prices. Looks like they are not jumping on the price gouge bandwagon.

I'm on my iPhone at the moment so I can't verify. But didn't they also post a caveat about the prices after Friday? Who knows after that?

Just picked up a handful of pmags yesterday from OGC, best price I could find and they had gen 3's in stock.

Worst part for me right now is that I have been trying to order some AR-15 parts from one of my favorite online stores and their website has been down all evening and this morning. And after some thought I wonder if it because they sell (or sold) PMAGs for $135 a 10 pack? And everyone and their mother are trying to buy as many as they can. Probably brought down their website!
