Saw that this morning. That's why I won't buy anything from him ever again. He talks all this crap talk about other shops and their prices but than he raises his prices. What a douche.

No thats just Daniel being the weasel he is. He did that same sh!t before the year 2000 citing end of the world crap. I won't ever patron his business. Talks sh!t about the military and about others that don't fit into his little agenda.

I'll shop at Magnum before his.

I'll add that I was a customer when he first opened and bought a BushWHACKER from him and knives..until he gave me the run around on a pristine Sig 226 that I consigned with him. Never notified me when he sold it and it took me several trips and 6 months AFTER he sold it to get my money. And he refused to tell me how much he sold it for, in essence lying on his 20% cut.

I guess we will see which shops have our back and which don't.

Without a doubt, prices will go up. However KGS is the only one I've seen so far that's gouging it's customers.

Regardless of price, there are simply no magazines available anywhere right now.  Price not really the issue as much as supply.  Check PMAG on Midway or Brownells and you get nothing.

The major online retailers will always get hit first during panic buying...Less well known "hole in the wall" places are still stocked (at regular prices), but I suspect that'll change soon enough.

My cousin got ahold of someone at MagPul yesterday, and she told him they're cranking out Pmags in three shifts, 24 hours a day, at max capacity.  She told him, "If we could figure out a way to make 'em in the parking lot, we would."  She also said probably the fastest way to get magazines is get an order in at Midway, apparently they send entire semi truckloads of nothing but Pmags to Midway pretty regularly.  And Midway is backordered until like April next year, last time I checked!

April wow probably a ban in place by then. Look at how fast we decide to invade Iraq after 9/11. That one Senator who is against the new possible ban said it best, something along the lines of Its not best to make a decision when emotions are high.

I doubt that. I cast my own, seat with gas checks made from aluminum cans and reload my US Military range brass. Doesn't get much cheaper than that.

Unless, of course you reload your own .223's. Now that really is cheap.

well, i'll look into that.  ATM though, i have a full case to burn first.  but damn, one bullet at a time....

we'll see.  right now, priority number one is hitting up the local gun shops to get some 30 rounders before they go out of style.
