In this seemingly black and white case our justice system applies 50 shades of gray.  SMH.

It's nearly impossible for a functional society to willingly adopt Marxism. First the revolutionaries have to infiltrate, sabotage and destabilize the host so that they can blame the chaos on the decadence of western values. After that it's much easier to introduce collectivism under totalitarian rule as the only solution.
I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

Not just Marxism, any power-hungry politician. They spent decades making us dependent on them and now they know that enough people will beg for them to rule over us if things get chaotic enough. I remember the news interviewing people after the Boston Marathon bombing when the Tsarnaev brothers were still on the run, and one guy straight up said he'd be fine letting the police cavity-search him if it meant finding the terrorists... really, how does that even make sense?! The politicians must view us as stupid and ripe for the picking as their new subservient class...

That is why the saying, "Better to be judged by 12 than carried by six" is very true.  You never know what you can get away with.

I know this may be a shock to some of you, but why is being a criminal so abhorrent to you?
Un-constitutional laws don't mean anything to me, so I ignore or work around them.
I'm intelligent enough to read the Constitution.
both state and Federal.
I read the Bible and that involves my immortal soul.
Don't need a pastor to sew together a sermon for me.
I'm responsible for my actions and no one else.
If I'm a criminal because I violate un-Constitutional laws, so be it.
I keep a lawyer on speed dial.

As I observed previously, legislators meet every year to make more laws.
They don't meet to get rid of any laws. That's why they have to make up more stuff every year.
So common sense tells me that at some point in time there will be a law against everything.
Cesspools need to be flushed some time. It's just a fact of life.
Some of the new proposed laws makes us folks criminals by just doing stuff that we have been doing all our lives.

You're right, that usually cost extra when you're getting a massage... but if you pay taxes, you may as well get it!

This should be a law written in stone for the State Capitol.

Start on the 5th floor.  This is because Bullsh*t is easier to clean when you start at the top.  The sh*t naturally flows downhill, mingles with the other sh*t then it can be manually shoveled into 5 gallon buckets, and distributed to all the voters who voted for them.

Sounds good in theory, but shit happens. Guy got into a car accident and is a CCW holder. He wasn't carrying the CCW allowed gun. Also had standard cap mag.  Now he's open to a felony charge (mag inserted into the pistol) among other charges. This was an unforseen circumstance that got him caught.
