So, yes, there's enough evidence to charge the three.

No, they are not getting off without criminal charges. 

The firing was a result of the investigation.  Only took 2-1/2 years, so nothing new.  Who knows how long before they are tried and hopefully sentenced.

In Hawaii time moves slowly when it comes to justice.  Especially more so if justice is being sought from government officials or agencies who allegedly committed crimes against society.

One could even say in these cases time stands still.

i know there are signals for people who go to the gym.  My Navy buddy from Japan told me one of best-known "flags" (with an "L") is when a stranger asks you when sitting in the sauna, "What's your nationality?"

He's apparently been hit on more than once, since he's a massive 260 lb, solid muscle redheaded red neck.  He said the ones that try to approach him probably want him to hurt them!
