Sad. just give them all cars and they won't have to steal them, and the crime rate goes down :thumbsup: :crazy:

Then they'll be fighting over the best models of cars.

You need to outlaw anyone having a better car than the standard set by the government -- so envy doesn't happen.

The politicians and law enforcement will still have cars, so it's not like there won't be any to steal.
