I haven't had a Flix subscription since the Obama movie and pedo movie Cuties.

i could offer a list of movies and series I liked prior to canceling, but then I'd be promoting them -- which I no longer wish to do.

I've been subscribing to a few movie and TV reaction YT channels.  Some are annoying -- the host/s can't stop talking long enough to hear the actors.  Others will keep trying to guess the plot which gets annoying when they're wrong 75%+ of the time.

But, the few good ones I watch tend to be for horror and older (80s, 90s, ...) movies.  I can't believe how many have never seen classics like the Wizard of Oz.  Their reactions are as entertaining as the movie sometimes.

I sometimes watch a reaction video for something I, too, have never seen.  The 30-60 minutes it takes to watch that will let me know if I'd like to see the movie in its entirety.

Most popular reaction channels offer full length reactions through Patreon accounts.  You can pay to watch the whole movie rather than the Reader's Digest Condensed version, but you still get the reactions spoken over the movie.  So, at least have a chance to experience the entire movie.

It adds a twist to watching alone by giving you someone to enjoy it with.  And the comments can be interesting.  Everyone wants to educate others on the trivia they know/Googled.   :geekdanc:

It's not Netflix, but I did notice Netflix has been deleted from the topic thread.  I guess that's for a reason.

I can't help it but I like to watch the oldies.
Death Valley Days is one of my favorites. It is based on the true stories of real people who lived
in the old west. The old ranger would always remind us its true.
There was usually a moral to the story.

Compared to today, the shows are too often based on phony DEI and leftist propaganda with weird
stories and a distorted morality. I am sure you fellow oldsters remember this series.

Here's season one episode one

It's on Hulu (all 6 seasons).

Series is also on Amazon in DVD format for $42.49.  BluRay is about double that.

https://www.amazon.com/Justified-Complete-Timothy-Olyphant/dp/B013539XIS

Can't find where the entire series can be rented for streaming for a bundle price.  Have to rent season by season.  Prices vary between $20-$35 per season depending on SD or HD.  So 6 seasons x $25 average = $150.

They have disc format options that are much cheaper than Amazon's prices, but be careful of damaged discs.  I've seen DVD and BluRay buyers post complaints about 3rd party vendors saying one or two discs in the set wouldn't play.  Caveat Emptor!
