This is very dangerous for everyone. C&C wants to sue GLock because their guns can fit a Glock switch. Even though, Glock doesn't make them, and said switches are classified as a "Machine Gun", which makes it illegal for almost everyone who owns one.
That's like suing Toyota because NOS can be installed and it kills someone due to the car going too fast.
HI passed this as state law last year, and now we're seeing why. Even though this violates the federal protections that gun manufacturer's have. The corporate counsel that C&C has is a moron, so I expect a much better lawyer to work "pro bono" (paid for by MDA/ET, etc...).
Glock has no choice but to fight this all the way becuase if they settle, then it's open season when CA, NY, and like counties/states do the same. THen IHope they counter sue and get at least six figures. Then they break all contracts selling Glocks to any LEO agency in HI.
This is why I like Larue Tactical, basically "if it's not legal for your voters to own, then we won't sell it to your LEO agency", is their policy.
