even if

idiom

Used to say that if something is the case or not, the result is the same.

You'll still miss your train even if you take a taxi.

translation:
IF the FBI failed to follow evidentiary procedure
AND IF the judge and jury ignore those failures
AND IF the jury convicts Trump,
THEN the FBI failures will provide ample ground for an appeal of the verdict based on the facts of those failures
AND based on the reasonable assumption that only a biased jury and judge would have allowed and accepted tainted evidence.

Comprehending complex statements requires higher than average intelligence.  I accept not everyone is capable of following abstract or complicated concepts.

You reached the conclusion already that if the judge allows the evidence and the jury finds Trump guilty then it must be because of a bias. It is basically a non sequitur because a judge and jury could take into account FBI mistakes and still arrive at the conclusion that Trump is guilty without being biased. All depends on how bad the mistakes are and how significant they are to the case.

Yes. If they chose to ignore the evidence tampering then it's pretty obvious what's going on.

Or they don't believe the claim it was evidence tampering...

so it's "proceeding within more standard time frames" for federal cases to be indefinitely postponed?

insert willy wonka meme "please tell me more..."

You know that based on your legal knowledge of how courts work?

Federal cases are not known for being quick and this is the newest out of all the charges he is facing. This is the one case that is actually proceeding within more standard time frames. The other cases appear to be much more suspicious in their timing and delays.

The thing you don't seem to grasp is that the justice system has destroyed it's own credibility through the Trump persecutions.

There's no point sucking up to the people who control the levers of power once those levers start snapping off.

It would have been a 1/4 MOA group if there weren't 5 "flyers" and if I had used 3 shot groups

Indefinite just means they don't have a time for the next set of hearings. It doesn't mean permanent pause.

I don't agree with your premise. Damaged? yes. Destroyed? No.

Keep in mind that all the charges Trump is facing isn't just the Feds. The hush money and the fraud cases are state/city prosecutions

As for the classified documents case, it really isn't as complicated as all the other cases he is facing where liberal prosecutors have to do insane gymnastics. It is a much simpler question in this case and easier to prove.
1. Did Trump have documents that were classified?
2. Did Trump refuse to turn over those documents?

Some of the other charges they tagged on are a little more complicated but the refusal to return the classified documents is the key charge Trump is facing.  It isn't hard to prove the FBI asked for the documents back so the hurdle is going to be whether they were classified or not.

I have an even more simple question that's even easier to prove.

Do presidents have the power to declassify things whenever they want?

... legal guidelines support [Trump's]  contention that a president has broad authority to formally declassify most documents that are not statutorily protected.

The classification system for national security information is principally a function of the president’s authority under the U.S. Constitution as commander in chief, which gives the president broad powers to classify and declassify such information.

Disappointment in the judge in this case.   This car is one of the best with evidence.   Hope trump gets justice in New York to make up for this.

Not guilty across the board.  I agree.

I asked this of people I know who have had top secret clearances in the military. They all told me that this is not how it works, a president doesn't simply wave his hand and it gets declassified, there is a whole process involved. There would (should be) some record of him declassifying it.
