Just ask ChatGPT.  I've used it to help interpret the law to help me better understand their meanings.   ;)

so you were wrong?

In that case, my mistake.  So the only thing that would make a switchblade is the button you have to push to open it?

Legal to conceal carry or does it need to be opened carried?  On one hand, it's a utility knife, but on the other hand, it's gravity fed.

There are multiple parts of the law.  And if the knife meets any 1 of the parts, then you cannot conceal it.  1 part that it didn't meet is that it's a "utility" knife.  So it won't fall under the deadly or dangerous weapon part.

But then there's that 2nd part showing gravity needing to deploy the blade.  TBH, this knife looks shitty.  I'd rather just get a folding knife.

I have a folding knife.  This one was more for cutting boxes and stuff at work.  Reate knives are made in China but supposedly of high quality materials.  This one is a"fidget" knife.
