Interesting report.  In today's unbelievable information technology where even war can be brought to the comfortable confines of your living room, I resigned myself to be very skeptical as to what I see and hear.

Maybe you guys can bring some context as to what I observe from this report:

Is this a 9-5 war?  Punch out at 5, say "see you tomorrow" to the enemy, go back, take a shower, shave, and clean your uniform?  Seems that way from his appearance.

After talking about the horrors he's seen, the death, carnage, and chaos of battle, again, his appearance is in stark contrast to the footage of front line combat that has been seen during the Vietnam war.

In those footages, the soldiers look gaunt, disheveled, uniforms torn, dirty, with faces smeared with grime and sweat.  Oh, and unshaven too.

Same as the training missions I've participated in when in the military.  We used to train for like 13 days in the field.  When we came back we looked like sh*t.  And that guy is in the front lines of a war.   ???

Maybe in this day and age there really is a 9-5 war.  "Fa Q, Brah, wait till tomorrow, Imma gonna get chu...."  I going back and take a shower and change my uniform and then go on the internet to report my combat experience today.

No bodda me.  bodda me tomorrow.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

Maybe the Ruskies don't have enough working NVG's to do night operations.  Ukraine knows this, so they clock out and go home to shower and shave.

It could also be that the youtube channel in question is a propaganda outlet for our intelligence agencies.

Right now Ukraine is so desperate that they are force conscripting retards and retirees. The money and weapons we send them gets siphoned off by corrupt officials that nobody wants to fight for, and now we're literally running out of munitions for our military with not enough factories to catch up in any reasonable time frame.

We are definitely not in a strong position thanks to this suicidal neoliberal obsession with world conquest. Probably the reason Taiwan hasn't been invaded yet is because China wants Biden to win the election

Could be a propaganda video since the uniforms look too clean.  I'd imagine it'd be dirty and roughed up.  But the things they say are plausible.  It's a meat grinder and they are short on soldiers.

They could be doing 8 hr shifts as this is long term.  6 or 7 days a week for 2 years.  There may be weeks they'd run 24 hrs, but that's not feasible long term.    I'm sure they get some breaks in the rear to relax.  Morale is very important in these conditions.

I have found Lei's channel to have info that the mainstream media will never provide.
She has sources in China that provide amazing videos that are very embarrassing to the CCP regime.
This is the type of info that the CCP will NEVER allow to be broadcasted or smuggled out of China.
Serpenza (The China Report) is another youtuber that has interesting info from China.
Lei has revealed the names and pictures of the PLA generals and CCP officials who have "disappeared" and
are no longer part of the scene. She was also one of the first to report on the predicament of Jack Ma (Alibaba).

Having said that who knows how the Ukraine war is really turning out and how our resources are actually being used.
We cannot trust our own federal government nor our media for the truth. Is it possible that the PLA mercs gave false into?
It is possible but given Lei's track record i kinda doubt it.
When I saw the video image of the soldier known as little black, the thought of a black russian went thru my mind.  I guess it's
time to make me a cocktail.
