For those who couldn't follow the link, this is the story about the guy who is basically a serial rapist who was let out to commit another attack. My thought runs along the philosophy of instant Darwinism.

Another suggestion is to let the serial offenders live in a room at the house or property of the defense attorney or the judge that let them out. It would be like busing illegal immigrants to sanctuary states.
