It's called "Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law". I would like to see every politician who voted for any gun control law charged under this statute. Unfortunately, it'll never happen.

No question about one key point he mentions several times, among many others. Nothing good can come from total gun registration, and he's right on point, once they have that info on all firearms, it can lead to other stuff. Nationally there are tons of legal unregistered rifles and in Hawaii the old timers have unregistered rifles as well. I hate the thought of the whole mess.
