The M41A1 was real.  Made from a Tommy Gun and a SPAZ shotgun.  So was Vasquez and Drakes guns. Made from MG42 with motorcycle handgrips as the "trigger".

There is supposed to be a part 2 of this iconic gun story coming out.
Dirty Harry will probably be #1
I would nominate an ivory handle Patton revolver.
I would also nominate the Star Trek phaser.

Colt Python was used in the movie Magnum Force and in the TV show Starsky and Hutch by the same guy, David Soul

I've shot the DE in .44 Mag and .50 AE. . . meh.  Jam-o-matic.  The .44 Mag my friend owns can shoot maybe 2 rounds and then malfunction.  I think a .357 Mag version would be pretty fun to shoot though.

The Colt SAA is certainly iconic and that scene from The Quick and the Dead is one of my faves.

I'd love to own an MP5, and not the .22lr replicas.  The .22lr are fun to shoot, but an MP5 in 9mm would be very fun to shoot, and expensive. . .  :(

I wonder how many folks bought the John Wick guns over the years.  I know one local guy who has at least two HK guns inspired by the first John Wick movie.  Cool gun and seems decent for competition.

I would be down for one of these, but in .357 Mag, not the .45-70.  An LGS has (or had) one in stock recently.

that jurassic park lever gun is pretty badass, but too much for my shoulder. LOL
even my 44mag lever gun is a little much with full house magnum loads after 20 rounds I gotta take a break.  much better with easy shooting reloads or cowboy ammo
