At least one listing I saw on Primary Arms says they offer discounts for individual Officer, First Responder, and Military buyers.

Anyone know if Colt made a well-publicized statement that they are once again servicing the civilian market?  A while ago, they announced they would only be producing AR rifles for government agencies and the military.

I believe that announcement came just before one of the biggest sales increases under Obama, causing them to miss out on what I'm sure would have been massive profits.  I'm sure it was right after a mass shooting and while Feinstein was printing out her Assault Weapons Ban proposal with update submission dates.
