Harris campaign just pulled about $2M from their political ads in NC. 

Cancelling advertising indicates one of 2 things.  Either Harris believes she already won the state so more ads would be unneeded, or she believes they've lost the state by enough votes that more advertising is just wasting funds.

Since early voting in NC is showing very strong support for Republicans, it appears it's because of the latter.

North Carolina is among the swing states -- enough electoral votes to impact the outcome of the presidential election and not already projected to vote Democrat or Republican.
