Olentangy Orange principal placed on leave
after controversial election message to staff

Quote
LEWIS CENTER, Ohio (WCMH) — A high school principal was placed on
administrative leave after including a controversial message about the
results of the 2024 election in a newsletter to staff.

Olentangy Orange High School Principal Monica Asher was placed on paid
administrative leave after voicing frustrations about the results of the election.
Asher included the message in a weekly staff newsletter sent out Sunday
evening, and district representatives said she was placed on leave effective
Thursday.

“I can’t write a message that pretends like the election didn’t happen; especially
when so many of you are struggling with how to move forward,” Asher wrote.
“I know you are struggling with how to move forward with your students who are
afraid, but also how to move forward with colleagues that don’t share your views.”

NBC4 reached out to the school district for comment, who provided an update
on Asher’s employment.

“Olentangy Orange High School Principal Monica Asher has been placed on
paid administrative leave effective Thursday, November 14, 2024. Administrative
leave is a procedural step to protect the integrity of any district investigation,”
the school district said.

District staff said they could not provide any further comment because an
investigation is ongoing.

Half the country is elated.  While the other half is on the verge of total despair.

I don't think I have ever seen such a polarizing effect an election has done to the American people.

For me it's quite disturbing.

Another new one for me is the many government leaders outright saying they won't cooperate with the incoming administration.

Based on observation and the opinions of many, many people on both sides, the division is due to the actions primarily of those on the Left.

Most Conservatives are not being given a chance to shun their family members, co-workers, significant others, etc. who voted against Trump. Harris supporters are doing that leaving the conservatives in their lives no choice.

It's like a divorce being pursued by the wife while the husband would like to try and make it work.  It doesn't matter what the husband wants.  The separation is going to happen unless the wife can be convinced to talk things out and try to get along.

You can't reason with people who think they are on the moral and righteous side of the ideological divide. You have to convince them they've been lied to -- that the majority of what they've been told about Trump is wrong.  That's a difficult task, convincing someone they've been lied to and that they fell for it.

shows Biden lied, says Trump campaign

The Trump campaign says a recent fact-check report debunking the claim
that then-President Trump spoke favorably of neo-Nazis in 2017 shows
President Biden and his campaign had promoted a "lie" and called on them
to not promote the "hoax" again.
.....
"While Trump did say that there were ‘very fine people on both sides,’ he
also specifically noted that he was not talking about neo-Nazis and White
supremacists and said they should be 'condemned totally.' Therefore, we
have rated this claim 'False,'" Snopes wrote.

Snopes Finally Corrects The Record On
Notorious Trump Hoax — Seven Years Later

Why did it take seven years to have the lie officially corrected, when the truth was available the entire time?  I guess we can speculate as to the motive behind such a slow correction.  Because the lie fit their Trump false narrative.  The truth?  Not so much.

Even more anecdotal evidence showing who is actually polarizing society.

Personally, I think her family is fortunate she will be absent, but her kids would be better off going to Thanksgiving with the family without having mom brainwashing them.
