BTW, the can has a lot of broth as well as meat.  My cats love the broth.  My dog ate his dry food much quicker with a little chicken and broth mixed in.

It works well in my chicken recipes where the meat is in small chunks.

I'm eager to try it in those type of recipes as well. :shaka:

I also might try it as salad toppers and when I crave fettucine alfredo.  I'll add the chicken meat and see how it comes out.

This could be an annual holiday tradition.
Personally, I like the tail, cake, and pie.

This could be an annual holiday tradition.
Personally, I like the tail, cake, and pie.

During Thanksgiving with family, with all the wonderful foods a potluck brings, from sushi, salads, noodles, BBQ ribs, steak, traditional turkey and trimmings, etc. etc.

I dunno why I will reach for turkey breast, turkey thigh meat, gravy, and hot rice.  That's it.  Oh yeah, gotta have cranberry sauce too.

That would be my first and second plate.  Then the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and so on plates will be the rest of the potluck items and dessert.  Whoo Hoo!  (Blood sugar through the roof for the next 3 days......)

Nothing wrong with feeding birds...don't listen to the experts....
https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2024/11/28/trauma-not-avian-flu-caused-multiple-birds-deaths-kaimuki/

At the Royal Kunia Park and Ride, there are hundreds of pigeons and many bird feeders, like Gilbert. He’s been feeding birds every day for years with $25 bags of bird seed.

Gilbert told Hawaii News Now he’s not worried about avian flu.

“I’ve been doing this for five years. I don’t get sick,” he said.

Cam Datanagan, a director with the National Pigeon Association, says he’s dealt with avian flu on the continent.

“Isolate your birds. Identify if they are sick. Identify, isolate, and then you report it,” said Datanagan.

Datanagan says don’t feed wild birds.

“You are enabling a bad habit. You are actually spreading any type of disease. So many different ones. Avian flu is the scariest one at the moment,” he said.

But by the looks of things at the Royal Kuna Park and Ride, there’s no stopping the feast.

“They told me there was no sign of avian flu and the birds were
traumatized. That’s why they passed away,” said Connie.

What caused the trauma is unclear. Department of Agriculture
officials say the test was for avian influenza, but not pesticides.

Connie said, “I’m kind of scared. Thirteen birds in your yard.
That’s kind of weird.”

Did anyone ask if she'd had her windows cleaned recently?
