I've been noticing some folks who do not fit the typical description of tourist or visa workers.
Don't know for sure if they were illegal migrants, but if so now we know how they got here.

A few decades ago, I used to have homeless people hang around my workplace.
One of them told me that the state offered to buy him a plane ticket to go to the mainland to get him out of our hair.

Let's send them back and forth.  See who wins.  Hawaii or New York.

If this does happen, everyone here should get their CCW. These people aren't saints as they've already committed 1 crime by coming here illegally. And let friends and family know too.

This program has been going on in places with large homeless numbers for awhile.

Their "loophole" is they say they don't send homeless people to random cities to make them someone else's problem.  Supposedly, the program only relocates people to places where the individual claims to have family, friends or someone else willing to provide them a place to stay.

Something tells me the vetting process is not very thorough.

I'm going to tell all my friends and family that the 2020 election has consequences.

Does this programs also apply to sending illegals to diff states?  I know they send non-illegals for a while.  A few months ago, they interviewed a non-profit who helps homeless. They said that majority of the people they interact with are not from HI or have no family/friends here, but got a plane ticket here.
