I saw parts of his visit to Angola.  He was being led around by the arm by the leaders he was walking the red carpet with.  He was caught on video sleeping during discussions.

The cherry on it was his incoherent speech in which he promised to give Africa $1B to aid drought stricken areas.  Meantime, American citizens living in NC are still without shelter, power, roads, or water a month after FEMA said they are under funded.
