I'm sure the ATF had a good faith justification for this .... again!! (Read 1472 times)

A Maryland man had his home raided with his spouse and children all at gun point,
and for what?  Well that appears to be the problem, because after this violent raid,
which caused thousands of dollars of damage to their home, the only "evidence"
taken was a cell phone.

The ATF agents left behind 70 legally purchased firearms.  Not a single Federal or
State firearm law had been broken, so why is the ATF raiding this law abiding gun
owner's property, destroying his home and terrorizing this family?

The ATF does not want to discuss it.

I want to see what evidence the aft had to see if this was justified.

This raid might not be constitutional as it wasnt a red flag raid due to not taking any firearms.

If it was red flag, take the guns as its constitutional.

IYKYk who i sound like.

They don't need a go fund me page. They just need a lawyer. They should be able to request a copy of the warrant signed by the judge. If anything was inappropriate they probably have a strong case. The whole family can sue and likely receive financial compensation for PTSD for the rest of their lives along with a sizable settlement. On the other hand if there is child porn on the cell phone and there really is a reason for a no notice raid it's on them. Hard to make any determination based on the what was provided.
