Be careful which looting posts you share.  One was of young black men taking a big screen TV out of a house.  Turns out it's part of a news interview with the homeowner talking about what she's doing to evacuate.  Of course the audio was removed and the images of the homeowner talking edited out.

Very well may happen and I'm thinking (almost rooting for) that folks with be so fed up and big changes will come about.  That said, I think these recent events will only make many in CA more dependent on "Gov't assistance" to the point of expecting things and turn this as a failure on whomever they (MSM, cabal, etc) want to put on a bad light. 

Until Newsome and Bass are removed from office, the stupidity will continue.
