I'll leave this here, there is probably a better spot for this, but this seems like it fits here.

We don't need guns guys, the police protect us /s

“A store employee confronted the suspects, who then fled on a single electric bicycle without obtaining any money, according to police.”

Now that’s some balls there.

If they did a wheelie on that ebike they would have a swarm of officers on them already

meanwhile bat attacks and ebike getaways are on the rise and our legislators are powerless.....

The suspect and his friends fled on e-bikes/e-motorcycles and mopeds after inflicting the boy with the attack. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the boy to a hospital in critical condition.

Lol. Funny but not really. I have personally witnessed rude and disrespectful behavior of kids on ebikes in my neighborhood. I do have pictures to prove it too.

I mean, let them crash to the point where they sh*t their pants.  Maybe then they learn to stop being rude and be respectful of the e-bike and other people on the road.

For some reason, even ebikes get the biker type attitudes when in groups. IDK if it's the 2 wheels or group setting (mob mentality).  1st comes that they own the road, then the violence.

Hello All:  Senator Mike Gabbard responded to an email I sent, and indicated that he has been, and remains a strong NO vote on SB401.

So we for sure have at least one patriot to stand with us in the Senate.

He’s the only one to respond to me.  I pass this on so you know where he stands and can consider it in your communications.

More importantly though, this shows that the “all Senators” email address works!  This address, on the Senate webpage, is:

sens@capitol.hawaii.gov

This is awesome, as the Senate is our best chance to stop this, so please take advantage of this up to the wire.

I guess I’m gonna keep calling my district senator again this Monday to remind them. Vote no to SB401. Is there other we should be calling?

Harmeet Dhillon , the DOJ...

Has anyone tried ti contact the DOJ 2A task force yet or asked about it? Gut and replace bills to defraud the public and bypass the legislative procedures and the will of the people to violate protected constitutional rights is pretty much up their alley...

Or how many of us will take our chances that we walk from next traffic stop instead of being held indefinitely in OCCC until a local "judge" is satisfied you turned in all your magazines they couldn't find in the search? What do you think that illegally imposed gun registration is for?

Gabbard has been a friend to the 2A. He voted no on all anti 2A bills this session and prior years too.

Senator Gabbard has my respect.  When I contacted ALL the senators he was the only one that responded back to me.  And he doesn't even represent my district.

The asshat representing my district too busy doing all those underhanded under-the -table dealings that he has been exposed of recently so he spends 100% of his time trying to convince everyone that what he is doing is legit.

God Bless his corrupt soul.

Gabbard has previously voted for mag bans.  This time he’s voting no on this bill.  He’s as usual, like his daughter, flip floppy.  This time he’s responding he opposes.  That might be because he knows it’s going to pass, but he wants to keep gun owners votes in his fairly conservative district.

A few years ago he voted to support a mag ban once when it was in committee.  Then at the floor vote, he voted no. Luckily, this bill died.  I'm assuming some horse trading was going on, like with Awa's situation this year.

Since that aye vote, he hasn't voted to support any anti 2a bill since.

A few questions for the group:

SB401: "any firearm with a capacity of over 10 rounds". What does this even mean? Pistols can have a capacity of over 10 rounds. What am I missing?

If you had to stock up, what would you grab?
My possible plan:
- beretta a300 UP or 1301
- extra AR15 lower or two
- ruger 10/22
- some 10 round pmags AR

What would you add?

I would add property in a gun friendly state i.e. Texas. Our political elite are having fun poking holes in our rubber raft of a State. Not only gun rights.

rookie numbers!

think "Lifetime Supply".

half dozen or more.  if you're going to go through all the trouble of HPD permit, registration, parking, standing in line, jumping through hoops, make it worth your while.  throw in a couple of AR-10 lowers, just for future dreams.  don't forget to get some in Flat Dark Earth (FDE).  Black guns under the Hawaii sun get really hot when sitting out there on the open range, maybe not so in the KHSC shade, though, admittedly.

especially since AR-15 lowers are going for between $50 and $100 each, depending on how picky you are for branding.

just my 2 cents.

Haha limited funds prevent something like this, especially when i'm gonna get a semiauto shotgun.

I honestly can't find a reason to get an ar10. no where to shoot long range in hawaii. but those stripped LMT mars H stipped lowers look very enticing
