The racial breakdowns were interesting to me.

btw, I just noticed that the guy that compiled the report is an old friend of mine.
He is well known in the "geriatric" shooting community.

Wondering:  the disqualifying category that the “individual is lacking the character or emotional temperament…. “  would that or would that not be a disqualifying category for even a permit to acquire??
