The media won't even call him a rapist. Maybe that's not PC any more, and they have to use the more clinical "sexual assault" and "attempted murder".

How long do you think it will take mister teardrop to find his next victim?

......
I reread the story.
The victim herself did not use the term, "rape" or "rapist".
However, I would support letting the guy go to a Waianae pig farm to feed the pigs.

Meanwhile, the judges........ ::) ::) ::)

That may be because the actual statute is "sexual Assault", the word rape is not used in the statute. In fact the word rape is often banned from being used in the trial itself.

The result is unfortunate, I hope the plea deal was the result of trying to make the best of a bad situation and not laziness.

We need to have a Don Corleone type figure who can mete out justice when the courts fail to do so.

It’s coming sooner than you think, if it’s not here already

"trying to make the best of a bad situation"

You should know you can't call him out for anything he posts.  He always has an excuse for why he used the wrong words or how the words don't mean what he plainly stated.

His shields are nuance, context and quibbling over word meanings.

Yet another topic that you take from civil to the mud with your "useful" garbage.

You clearly lack an understanding of how criminal cases work through the judicial system.
Should I swoosh you now or later?

There is a chance he won't answer this, but instead imagine something else that wasn't brought up.  He showed this in the other thread where I asked him to show proof.

This explains the democrat party platform, by beth fukumoto

Lawmakers did ban ghost guns and established mandatory prison terms for violent felons who violate firearm laws.

That last measure, though, complicates another platform commitment: “We believe incarceration should be used only when there are no alternatives to protect the public. We support rehabilitation, addiction services and other humane interventions that promote safe community reintegration as the ultimate goal.” Still, House Bill 103 — which prohibits sentencing people under 21 to life without parole — was a meaningful gesture toward the party’s goals.

So let criminals go free but ban the guns.

When the story first broke, the TV news said that the state mishandled the evidence for the "rape" charge.  The news didn't elaborate in that segment.

You are changing the subject.

The "usefulness" of my comment is irrelevant to your behavior. Show me where every topic or post has to be "useful". How useful is your poll about who you would take an extraterrestrial to see if they wanted to meet your leader?

That could very well be why he got the plea deal he did.
