I personally don't think there's any need for that kind of weaponry on the streets and particularly around the schools in America. I believe that we've got to take a serious look. I understand everybody's desire to have whatever they want, but we’ve got to protect our children, we’ve got to protect our police, we've got to protect our population. And I think we have to take a very mature look at that.

He's entitled to speak his mind regardless of us agreeing with him or not.  He gets that because of the 1st Amendment.

Just heard him on conservative talk radio in an interview. He repeated what he said before, but when asked if he was for gun control he said  "I am not an expert on the subject, but after sandy hook and these other shootings I think enough is enough.  Then continued with the anti guns new catch phrase "I think it's time for an honest national discussion about it."   Just like I said he is a sycophant.
