She's running that ad because Walmart's economic base is being threatened.

They are exploiting the disadvantaged masses so they can rake in billions.  The past 4 years must've been paradise for Walmart.

Without them, there is no one to exploit.

if you watch the video, Tim lays out reasons that he hates Walmart's treatment and compensation of employees. 

Since the ad was not from Walmart, they will be guilty by association if they don't come out and distance themselves from the content of the ad.
