US should stay out of the war and just supply Israel with munitions.  Israel is doing just fine on their own.  They could use the US help with a bunker buster, but they have other options like start a coup or assassinate the Ayatollah.

Yeah.  Don’t like all the Israeli talking heads running around the on media - after they Pearl-Harbored their opponent - publicly saying “You know, we could use a little help here …

There’s a very bad odor coming off of that - really seems to undermine the argument that the war is a needed preemptive strike, and gives the appearance anyway of the U.S. being dragged into it.

Could all be theater - but sure enhances the perception of Bibi pounding the table saying that it’s go time on Iranian nukes, so must act now - while U.S. intel is not so sure, putting DJT on the spot.

If so, it seems a lot smarter to let Bibi twist in the wind for awhile - see how the level of conviction fares, maybe that’s where the two weeks comes from.

In any event, it doesn’t seem Trump is completely sure that he’s saving the world by jumping in here.

I think if he was, this all would have gone down differently.

Get ready for blowback. Maybe steer clear of the military bases for a while. Whatever happens is on Trump’s head now.

Trump: US launches strike on three nuclear sites in Iran
Quote
The United States bombed three nuclear sites in Iran on June 21, President
Donald Trump announced on Truth Social, as the Israel-Iran war entered the
second week. Trump will address the nation at 10 p.m. ET.

"We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in
Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan," wrote Trump on Truth Social on
June 21. "All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS
was dropped on the primary site, Fordow."

"This is an amazing success tonight," Trump told Reuters.

What concerns me is the terror cells that are allegedly in the USA, thanks again to the retard biden and his stupid hyena.

An all out war between Iran and USA would be a flash in the pan in my opinion.  And a stupid one if Iran wants to commit suicide.

The terror cells probably aren't going to do anything.  Iran is very vulnerable to attack and regime change.  We haven't hit their valuable oil production nor killed the leader yet, so we still have those cards as leverage.

Zero dnc intel members told about the strike. Gop members told about the strike.

No intel leaks.

Iran in retaliation wants to close its strait boats use. The US gets 5% of their oil this way. This will have little impact. This is why drilling on our own soil is important, but the dnc has been reducing this for decades.

Trump has been relaxing oil drilling red tape.

This report claims that there are no damage assessments on the result of the US bunker bombs on Iran's Nuclear facilities.

So right now there is no way to tell how effective the bunker busters were.  There is speculation that Israel has boots on the ground and soon there would be some information on the bunker bombs effectiveness.

Do you think the US also has boots on the ground?  Not conventional forces, but, you know, the other kind.

Oil is priced internationally so if it goes to 150 a barrel then we can expect close to $10 a gallon locally.

The plus side is that it would once again become profitable to go after the difficult to extract deposits and will temporarily increase supply in the medium term.

The downside is that it would pop the bubble economy, and now that Trump no longer cares about his campaign promises that means the introduction of CDBCs and the Palantir social credit system.

I don’t think that’s me, unless it has something to do with the creative avoidance of household chores suggested by my wife.

Is oil subject to the 10% tariff?  If not maybe it won't be so bad in the US.  Though Hawaii gets our oil elsewhere.

The tariffs are not across the board for all imports.  They are manly targeting specific countries with which we have a significant trade imbalance.  Where oil is concerned, it's primarily Canada and Mexico.

Quote
“The U.S. could, if necessary, become self-sufficient,” David Gantz, a fellow in
trade and international economics at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public
Policy, told us in an interview. However, he said “it would require significant and
expensive modifications” to U.S. refineries.

Changes would be required because, as the EIA has written, the U.S. mostly
produces lighter, or less dense, forms of crude oil. In contrast, many refineries
in the U.S. have been configured to process the heavier crude oils, which the
EIA says are generally cheaper and are produced in Canada, Mexico and other
countries. Most American refineries were built decades ago, before the U.S.
“shale boom” in the 2000s led to greater production of more light crude.

That makes imports vital to the U.S. refining industry.
