Everyone needs to spread the word and show up for the March on the State Capital in support of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (January 19th, 12:00 pm). We need to stand up as one, now is the time. Please do not wear anything that will fuel the fire of the extreme left and the anti-american gun haters. Bring your entire family, show them that we are law abiding citizens that involve our entire families in the support of the Second Amendment. Bring signs and banners, but please don't be ignorant.

 This will be a peaceful demonstration, if you can not be peaceful and respectful, please stay home.

 God Bless Patriots and The United States of America!

I think I'll be riding in on TheBus.  I wanted to go around and scout parking areas, but it's been rainy, and it's quite unpleasant on the moped during rain.

Department of health has a small parking lot.
State building has a parking lot but you need to feed the meter.
Municipal parking lot then walk down.
Theres meter-ed street parking on punchbowl

Ill probably be catching the bus down.

Edit:
Are there any updates from last nights meeting?  Are we just showing up with our own signs? Wearing similar clothing? etc.
Not tryna be pushy, just wondering.  Also if any help is needed in any areas im down to help out.

meeting went well,  will post info from it soon. 

attire is up to individual, recommend that it be presentable
will have hand outs
recommend people make their own signs, we want it to be tasteful, no pry if from my cold dead hands etc.
want to pick up trash around area,  keep it clean campaign

Can someone put together a flyer that explains what Gun Appreciation Day is?  That way onlookers coming over and asking what this is about can get a clear explanation what the gathering is for.

Otherwise without a coherent message, we might get a hundred different version what we are doing there from a hundred different people.

Some people supporting the gathering might be better educated by a good handout also.

Second suggestion... We should direct people here to 2ahawaii.com primarily and other sites secondly so we can all communicate faster and get better organized in the future.

I just ordered 4 shirts, then I went back in and order 200 stickers to hand out,  I asked to expedite the stickers to hand out.  hopefully they come in time.

we are working on a handout,  you hit the nail on the head, we need to educate people, have a common message and it needs to be well thought out.

our image is very important,  we need to show we just aren't a bunch of thugs.  We are professionals, educated, cool headed etc.  you get the point.
