Just out of curiosity, I googled the elevation of my subdivision.
It's 440 ft. so the ocean/wave would need to rise over 400 feet.
I suppose it could happen if that 31/atlas comet took a sharp turn and crashed into the ocean.
What, Me Worry?

I'm concerned.  If Royal Kunia is under water, that means the whole island just sank!  It won't matter where you live!

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.

I'll make a lot of money renting out my beach house on VRBO.

Just imagine:  A Navy Submarine in the Royal Kunia Walmart parking lot and a Naval Destroyer blocking Kunia Road.
