They didn't show the slingshot.

I'm curious whether it was your standard kid's toy that's y-shaped with thick rubber bands,
or was it an assault slingshot with rubber tubing and a wrist brace?

Time for more laws banning stuff.

It's a brave new utopian world.

There's only one logical solution.  You touch anyone with anything -- your hand, a rock, a bullet -- automatic execution on the spot.  As long as there is video evidence of the assault, the severity is immaterial.
