Hey, when it comes to the question of denying an American of their rights under the 2A, I believe in treading extremely carefully, without prejudice, under law.

That is what I believe.  Anything short of that is the Devils playground for our opponents, and I will deny them that to best of my ability, at every turn.

Then we're in agreement, as i said the same thing many times on this thread.  I just added that there needs to be a more in-depth mental health review for anyone showing symptoms of a mental illness including gender dysphoria (formerly known as body dysmorphia).  There needs to be a default setting of "let's vet this person more carefully to see if there are reasonable grounds for denial," as opposed to a default of "the book says it's not a mental defect, so that's good enough for us."

Since we want to be truthful here, I just wanted to note that as someone whose career involved the analysis and presentation of statistical data -  every day - the absence of data sources on this thing is a big red flag.
