I see those on busses now too. But aren't you allowed to take your gun on a bus to the range, a gun store, or your home?

Public transport seems to be a still enforceable part of the unconstitutional sensitive places law.

Here’s the full scoop at this time:

In a case is fine. Holstered, no.

Thanks for straightening this out - I totally misread his question and went straight to concealed carry.

One track mind, and the track is still under construction.

We have 1 regular testifier who catches the bus from Waianae to town for in person testimony, hearings, events, etc...

He testified about this as he is a bus rider.

He also helped when the state tried to ban lending a firearm as he has a friend who's homeless and lives in his car due to going through a hard time.  He is also a gun owner and gave his rifles to him to store in his safe as he didn't have one and didn't want to just leave them in his car, even though legally he can as it's his place of sojourn.

Another solid 2A dude in Hawaii Nei - makes the place worth fighting for.

It's funny how these @$$holes are so insecure to the point where they have to state multiple times on the website how the court ruling that said "the City cannot enforce the sensitive places law in the following areas:" is currently being appealed.

wha you babies can't take one on the chin? :(

Tough $#!+ :shaka:

They could have just not posted anything as it's not their duty to.  IMO, there's a pro 2A guy who carriers there.

The funny thing is that the no guns allowed sign are even on the supervisors SUV's/sedans.
