WTF is wrong with people nowadays???
========
From HNN...
"A surveillance camera in the parking lot outside the Moanalua High School gym recorded the incident that happened last Thursday night, when Aukusutino Noga, 40, allegedly assaulted Moanalua High School associate athletic director Natalie Iwamoto."
=======

Children raising children.  The dude was raised by immature parents.  He is just like his parents.  Or maybe he had only one parent.  Maybe he never had parents.  Regardless.  Whoever raised him were children themselves.  Never grew up.  Never knew responsibility for actions or taught it.

But I'd bet they knew how to screw.  And had great interest and enthusiasm in doing so.

RE. Noga assault
How ironic that Noga is a corrections officer (prison guard?)
I wonder how that would work.

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2025/12/12/post-game-incident-leads-restraining-order/

According to Hosoda, Iwamoto was helped by the Moanalua basketball team trainer and one of the referees but remained unconscious. Meanwhile, the attacker stays on the scene until police arrive, nearly 13 minutes later.

Eventually, officers take the man into custody.

“Having watched it, it’s horrific,” said state School Superintendent Keith Hayashi. “It’s shocking to see an adult attack one of our employees like that. It has no place on the school campus or anywhere else.”

A spokesperson for the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirmed to Hawaii News Now that Noga is an adult corrections officer.

Iwamoto has also filed for a temporary restraining order. In her request, she told the court that Noga “told bystanders that he strongly stands by his actions of assaulting me.”

“Because the Respondent (Noga) firmly believes his unprovoked, hostile actions were justified and that I deserved the injuries I sustained, I am in continuous and great fear that he will harass and assault me again,” her statement said.

Iwamoto also said his “unapologetic stance confirms that he poses an immediate and credible threat of future violence.”

Noga pleaded not guilty to the assault charge. His trial has been set for Feb. 9. A court hearing on the temporary restraining order is scheduled to take place Wednesday.

Mrs. Iwamoto was knocked unconscious for 10 mins. That guy has no honor. I was taught to never hit a female but I guess all that has changed with all this gender talk. He pleads not guilty. Video shows otherwise....my opinion....
I think what's going to happen is the State of Hawaii will get sued, will settle, Noga will retain his job with a slap on the wrist. We taxpayers will burden this.

You guys are quite upright and civil in your condemnation.

I know I should be too.

But I believe that fat f*^+ker should have had at least two in the chest for what amounted to attempted murder.

Yes - she could have died, if not from the blow, then the impact on the concrete.

But because she didn’t, he gets charged with Assault 2.

F^*+ker should be on a slab somewhere in Iwilei.

As an aside, should she have somehow survived that hit and been armed, it would be justified: Immediate an unavoidable danger of death or grave bodily injury, etc.

Hawaii does not condone self protection. Rely on government. Imagine if she did shoot. There would be "he was a good parent" headline after headline. The local media would crucify her. The lizardlature would pass more anti 2a, anti self defense bills. Criminals would be legal to roam (as if they don't already) while the political elite will continue to reside in their ivory towers.

Liberals aren't happy unless they are controlling every single person's actions and thoughts.

And when they can't, they play Monday morning quarterback, telling you what you should have done after the fact in spite of the circumstances being beyond your control.  Hindsight is 20/20.  It's always easy to condemn someone's actions when you have all the facts after everything happened.

The victim, in their minds, is the person who came out on the losing end of the confrontation -- not necessarily the one who was the target of the aggressor.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

All true.

This is why, if you choose to live here, you have to make your choice ahead of time:  To do what you believe is moral and necessary to protect innocent life if you are forced to, answering only to your conscience and your maker, OR to violate that exact thing to save yourself from what you so well describe above, and somehow try to live with yourself.

I.e. have worms as overlords.

Which is worse?

Maybe better to go somewhere with civilized authorities…. and until then hope you are not put to the test.

The video shows the victim falling over the child after she was punched. I wouldn't be surprised if the State decided to charge her for assault to the child or a civil suit by the aggressor.

Yes.

Their imperative is to sow chaos and injustice in pursuit of their Animal Farm, however the problem they have, is that to the rest of the universe, their first and best use is as fertilizer.

Yep.  Here you see exactly where their kind comes from, generation after generation.  Hawaii promotes them, gives them jobs, like Corrections Officer, etc.

it is DOE's fault...

https://www.khon2.com/local-news/find-their-spines-hgea-presses-doe-on-moanalua-assault/

Following an upset parent’s assault of a Moanalua High School associate athletic director, the Hawaii Government Employees Association is demanding action from the Department of Education.

“We’ve been sounding the alarm along with the teachers of the Union for a long time about escalating threats and potential violence against school employees,” said HGEA Executive Director Randy Perreira.
Man, 60, indicted for alleged assault on HPD officer

On Dec. 15, Perreira sent Superintendent Keith Hayashi a letter demanding accountability.

“We appreciate that you immediately reacted to the situation,” Perreira said. “Words are easy; however, currently we are demanding to know what steps the department intends to take to prevent such instances from occurring again in the future.”

I read that Keith Hayashi DID NOT throw the punch. Am I missing something?
