I have a theory about the cracking concret.  The rail was supposed to be up and running by then. This way they can blame the car weight, humid weather, and salt water for the crack as wear n tear.

You are correct - the majority of us here are NOT meatpuppets, however there is not enough critical mass to offset the Communist / Union / Government worker power collective.

Too many people are apathetic or disassociated from local politics, thus there is no check on the corruption & tyranny of the malignant minority.

This is what makes it so heartbreaking about Hawaii.

Unless you want to be dragged down Haiti-style, you almost certainly have to move on.

They are dedicated to making this the Port au Prince of the Pacific, using the money they extract from you like a slave.

The justice dept should really look into the Honolulu rail and shady other projects.
