Ate exotic meats?

They eat the "premium" part, ribeyes, of various animals.  Some of them came out surprisingly well.  The most exotic thing I've eaten is deep fried alligator in Florida.  Tasted like a combination of chicken and catfish.

Racoon
Coyote
Bobcat
Alpaca
Some kind of rare lamb
Halibut
Zebra
Elk
Water Buffalo
Bison
Camel

Rattlesnake fried in butter on the side of a dusty trail.

It was delicious
I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.
