Greenland....
« on: January 17, 2026, 01:25:15 AM »
The Trump administration has expressed interest in acquiring Greenland. People in the Trump administration have explained it as if it were a land purchase but Denmark has said it isn't for sale. Trump has hinted that the US needs it and would take it one way or the other, saying anything other than US control is unnacceptable.

Now a number of European countries and Nato partners have been sending contingents of soldiers to Greenland. This could be seen as a middle finger to Trump but I have also seen it explained as a gesture that NATO countries do take seriously obligations to protect NATO territory in light of criticisms that they don't do enough for European defense.

Best case scenario Trump backs off and plays it off as just an offer to buy Greenland. Worst case scenario Denmark and Greenlanders refuse the officer, Trump takes military action and then... WW3?

Denmark’s own intelligence assessment notes Russian and China maneuvering for control of Greenland, so Trump isn’t making it up - there really are important interests at stake.

In this case, I too am uncomfortable with his rhetoric though, and agree with the hope/expectation that it is intended to get a lawful process to increase U.S. interests there off the dime.

Its a strange situation, but until the Second Coming, it is a dangerous world, oftentimes controlled by evil men.

Trump is doing it again. He got the Europeans to spend more on defense and now they need to do more.
Trump knows that many of the leaders have TDS. He also knows how to force them to do his bidding.
France, UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, etc. have pledged to send troops to defend Green Land from the orange man.
They have already landed a HUUUUGE number of troops there. All 34 of them. Oh Well at least it's a start.

Who's going to join the Rough Riders, and sail to Greenland and take it by force? This is the best way to show your support for MAGA Don.

If he wants to take over Greenland, offer Denmark a huge share of the gold in Fort Knox. Only an idiot will accept fiat Federal Reserve notes. Threats of violence are unseemly.

China hasn't been near the island for a decade. Trump is literally a moron and stupid when it comes to anything that requires critical thinking and a well thought out decision.

The United States reduced their presence on Greenland voluntarily and if the United States had a serious desire they could increase troops and and military installations on the island with the blessing of Denmark and NATO. Instead Trump is such a moron he threatens World War III with freaking Europe and Canada. Where did he learn to be such a diplomat? My guess is he learned from from his buddy the pedofile Epstein.

4d chess. NATO puts up a fight when its the US cause of TDS.

Then we back off and if china or russia try, NATO showed their hand at what theyre willing to do.

Orangeman bad feelings being used against them.

Nice

Canada isn’t a legitimate country anymore. Their elections are stolen, the people have no rights, and now they are handing over control to the CCP. It’s in our vital national interest to invade and prevent a failed state on our northern border.
