Yeah that’s what ticked me off initially (in addition to everything else imaginable about it) - the confidence that nothing was going to be done about it by local LE: He believes he can just sit there like he’s in Mogadishu (home sweet home) or some other shit hole like Haiti, etc.

As a result, that picture of that bonobo tells me: 1. It’s now just a straight up Communist insurgency over there, and 2. Local LE is cooperating fully with it.
