Cleaner for corrosive ammo

So, what's your preferred solution?  I've got a couple of thousand rounds of corrosive 8mm ammo inbound.

It's best to shoot the bore and breech out with something before you leave the range.

Some use, windex, WD-40, brake cleaner, deep creep, 409,
Hoppe's 9... Unicorn tears.

But i always do a through cleaning beyond the field strip and clean after shooting that stuff, espeally if you get a ruptured case or punctured primer.

ive used hoppes#9 for tree years
with no hint of any rust, followed by motor oil

I use patches with a liquid soap and hot water mixture first, followed by gun oil. Ask the black powder guys at the end of the range what they use, cleanup is similar.

Break Free. I think it's called CLP by the military. Hoppe's no. 9 or Ballistol are good choices, too.

good ole' hot tap water running through and a couple of sweeps with a bore brush followed by a blow out with high pressured air and then routine cleaning and oilng.
