A word of advice anyway: If you have a Honolulu license for CCC, never use your gun here defensively, as upon discovery of the previous thread by opposing counsel, they will effortlessly establish your stated proclivity to the immediate use of lethal force when you feel threatened.

As far as proving intent goes, you're as wrong about that as the rest of your advice on warning shots, etc.

I never said anything about intent.  It's about expressing your fear properly when confronted by the system.  If you SAY one thing, and your ACTIONS contradict your words, you'll be handing the state grounds for charging you. 

It's a complicated concept that didn't come with crayon drawings, so I understand your lack of comprehension.

Yeah, a lot of Kailua-Kona subdivisions are built like Oahu.In my area of Puna, I hear multiple gunshots several times a month.

No one calls the cops because no one gives a shit.  Cops only come here in twos or threes, never by themselves.
